Returns and Refunds
All our label is HANDMADE-TO-ORDER, which means that we create the garments once they are purchased. Due to the nature of our small business we do not offer returns nor refunds.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 days after your purchase. After that period of time your order is not eligible for cancellation.
Exchange
WE ONLY EXCHANGE OUR ITEMS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION AREA (this is due to the high custom fees and taxes we have to pay to get the items back from outside the EU).
EUROPEAN UNION EXCHANGES: If you want to exchange your item, please contact us at thegingercatinfo@gmail.com with order number, name, address and the size/item you would like to exchange it for. Your exchange will be processed once your item has returned to us. We expect to receive the item back within 15 days of you receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same conditions as sent. We are not responsible for the exchange post fees.
Please read the descriptions carefully and check the size charts before ordering as we don’t exchange items from outside the EU.
International orders customs
If you are ordering from abroad the European Union it is possible that you get charged with custom fees. We advise you to check on your end for possible extra charges as it is something out of our control nor something refundable by us.
Lost orders
Sometimes, parcels do go missing in the post. This is completely out of our hands. We ask you to contact the postal provider if this occurs. Contact us if you need further assistance.
Lost orders by couriers are not refundable by us.
Returned to sender
Sometimes customers do not pick up their parcels after failed in-home delivery, when this happens the package is sent back to us.
We do not refund failed delivery parcels nor pay the new shipping fee to resend it.
